Formulario de contacto con PHP

Para todo aquel que desee implementar un formulario de contacto con PHP, he encontrado uno bastante completo en la web, que puede ser de gran utilidad. Sus caracterÃsticas son las siguientes:
- Muestra al usuario una vista previa de lo escrito.
- Te indica la dirección IP de quién rellenó el formulario.
- Advierte desde qué página se llegó al formulario.
- Contiene campos obligatorios.
- Contiene 3 archivos: el formulario(contacto.php), el script que valida los datos(sendmail.php), y un archivo CSS que aplica estilos.
